You have up to 10 days after you receive your purchase to exchange or refund an item.
WE CANNOT exchange or refund any item unless it was delivered damaged or broken.
Because of the personal nature of jewelry I will not exchange pieces that have been worn.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 10 days to return the unworn, undamaged item.
We cannot replace or exchange items that have been dropped, lost, or scratched on the purchasers part.

We SHIP orders within 5 days, DELIVERY can take up to a week and a half for domestic orders and up to 3 weeks for international orders.
If you want faster delivery please contact before ordering as there will be an extra cost for express shipping.
